National Medical Fellowship Alumni Spotlight: Dr. Cesar Barba

Dr. Barba has become a fixture in the community since he joined the clinic full-time in 2011. “I feel such a deep sense of responsibility to give back to this community. The majority of my patients will only come see me because I’ve developed these relationships with them. They’re my second family.”
